What we collect

We use this to understand which pages are useful and where visitors are coming from.

We do not store your IP address in raw form. Instead, your IP address is combined with a daily-rotating secret value and converted into a one-way hash so that we can recognise repeat visits within a single day but cannot identify you personally or trace activity back to you.

If you sign up to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. We use this only to send you updates related to this directory and do not share it with anyone else.

How we use the information

How long we keep your data

Anonymised page-view records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Newsletter subscriber details are kept for as long as you remain subscribed; if you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from our active list.
